Delivery Policy

We are committed to providing you with convenient and fast delivery services to ensure that every piece of clothing can be delivered to you on time and safely.

 

1. Order processing time

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 working days after receipt (excluding weekends and holidays).

If there is any shortage of stock or other special circumstances, you will receive a notice from us.

 

2. Delivery method and time

Standard delivery: Estimated delivery time is 3-4 business days.

 

3. Shipping Locations

We only offer shipping within the United States, including 50 states and ZIP codes. We do not currently offer shipping outside the United States.

 

4. Delivery Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to check the delivery status of the package in real time on the logistics company's official website.

 

 

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your denim purchase, but if you are not satisfied with your product, we offer a simple and convenient return and exchange process.

 

1. Return conditions

Return period: You can apply for a return within 10 days from the date of receipt of the product.

Product status: The product must be in a new, unworn, unwashed state, and retain the original packaging, labels and all accessories.

Non-returnable products: Some special products (such as customized products, clearance products, etc.) may not support returns. Please check the product page or contact our customer service for specific instructions.

 

2. Return Process

Please contact the customer service team with the order number and reason for return, and we will send you a return authorization label.

Repack the product and attach the return label to the specified address.

Return Cost: If the return is due to our error or product quality issues, we will cover the return shipping costs. In other cases, the return shipping costs are borne by you.

 

3. Refund Processing

Once the returned product is confirmed to be eligible for return, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refund processing time usually takes 5-7 business days.

Please note that banks or credit card companies may have additional processing time, which may affect the time when you actually receive the refund.

 

4. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item (e.g. for a different size or style), please contact our customer service team and we will handle this in a similar way to returns. You can choose to return the item and place a new order, or we will provide you with an exchange (depending on stock availability).

 

5. Damaged goods or wrong orders

If the goods are damaged or not what you ordered when you receive them, please contact us within 10 days of receiving them. We will provide you with a return or exchange service and bear all related costs.
